Finally legal

Happy 21st Birthday to Chanel the dachshund!  She's the oldest pooch in the world according to Guinness World Records at 147 dog years old.  Chanel is spending her big day in Manhattan with a few canine buddies.  Even though her red hair has faded and she has to wear special lenses because of cataracts....she still looks like a million bucks.

    I just googled this dog, and it literally lives 2 minutes from my house in NY.
